HubSpot CRM Specialist

Steadman Hub have partnered with a high growth organisation who are leaders in providing business support and solutions across a number of sectors. They are looking to begin a major digital transformation and are looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist to take lead.

Your role as their HubSpot Specialist will be to go in and completely rebuild their HubSpot portal from the ground up. HubSpot acts as their lead engine so bringing experience revolutionising HubSpot is key. You will liaise with wider business teams, understanding key pain points and building solutions for those. Adoption also plays a major part to this role, meaning you will need to be consultative and approachable in your day-to-day to ensure HubSpot best practise is adopted org-wide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise their HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Content Hubs
  • Build workflows, custom properties, lead routing systems, and pipelines, ensuring optimal CRM efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance across HubSpot
  • Lead adoption initiatives, promoting HubSpot best practice

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience managing a HubSpot portal across Sales and Marketing Hubs is a minimum (additional Hubs like Service, and Data is highly beneficial)
  • Experience working within a professional services background like finance, legal, and business consulting is preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Previous experience focusing on improving HubSpot adoption is important
