HubSpot Project Manager

Steadman Hub has partnered with an elite HubSpot partner who specialise in delivering complex HubSpot solutions – from implementations, migrations, and integration projects, they are a major player within the ecosystem.

They are now on the lookout for a HubSpot Project Manager to join the organisation and take lead on managing several key projects. You will need to come from a HubSpot partner, with experience managing multiple complex HubSpot projects across the full suite. You will take ownership over project budgets, timelines, and deliverables – ensuring things are completed on time, on scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HubSpot projects, from implementations, to migrations, to integrations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget
• Maintain consistent communication between delivery and client teams, acting as the face of the project
• Manage risks proactively, making sure that projects run as smoothly as possible

Experience Needed

• Prior experience within a HubSpot partner, managing multiple projects from kick-off to completion
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, while maintaining consistency in quality
• Strong technical understanding of HubSpot, so project expectations can be managed in line with the complexity of projects
