Lead HubSpot Consultant
Steadman Hub have partnered with a major player in the HubSpot partner ecosystem who specialise in a variety of projects from implementations, to migrations, to audits, and marketing retainer projects. They have identified a need in their team for someone to come in as a Lead Consultant, taking ownership over your own projects but also working closely with the wider delivery team.
As a Lead Consultant, you will take lead on your own projects but also support the wider team of Consultants. You will be one of the more senior figures within the team, so you will take a mentor-like role to junior team members, ensuring the wider team is completing projects on time, on scope, and to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HubSpot onboarding engagements across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub, ensuring strategic alignment, on-time delivery, and measurable business impact
- Act as the senior strategic advisor to clients, facilitating executive discovery sessions and translating business objectives into scalable HubSpot solution designs
- Manage, mentor, and quality-assure a cross-functional team of consultants and specialists, overseeing project scope, timelines, governance, and risk
- Own senior stakeholder relationships while collaborating with internal Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition into ongoing optimisation and growth
Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on and strategic experience across HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs, including complex multi-hub implementations
- Proven experience within a HubSpot agency or consultancy environment, leading large-scale onboarding or transformation programmes
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing consultants or project teams in a client-facing environment
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully
