About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to take end-to-end product ownership across multiple Hospitality Group / portfolio B2B SaaS products portfolio companies. This role is central to professionalising the product management function, freeing up General Manager capacity, and ensuring engineering teams are focused on the highest-impact work.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone comfortable managing multiple products simultaneously, working closely with engineers and customers, and turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own product management end-to-end for multiple Hospitality Group / portfolio B2B SaaS products.
  • Join and manage daily calls with engineering teams.
  • Remove blockers and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Create and manage developer tasks with well-defined acceptance criteria written in BDD.
  • Run bi-weekly sprints including planning, prioritisation, reviews, and retrospectives.

Roadmap & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Work closely with General Managers and key stakeholders to define and align product roadmaps.
  • Balance new feature development, technical debt, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure scope clarity and prioritisation across multiple teams and products.
  • Support optimisation of development effort and team velocity.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Join customer calls to gather product feedback and align on roadmap priorities.
  • Support new feature adoption and ensure customer needs are reflected in product decisions.
  • Contribute to go-to-market readiness for new features where required.

Technical & Process Improvement

  • Identify and define critical technical debt and infrastructure improvements.
  • Continuously improve product delivery processes suited to lean teams.
  • Introduce structure and best practices to professionalise the product function across the group.

Key Outcomes (First 6 Months)

  • Within 2 months: Independently run product roadmaps and sprint execution with engineering teams without additional support.
  • Within 3 months: Confidently join and lead customer calls related to product roadmap and feature adoption.
  • Within 6 months: Clearly define, prioritise, and communicate critical technical debt and product improvements.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience working on at least one B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience in small startups or lean teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple products or teams simultaneously.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias for execution.
  • Ability to work on different time zones
  • Fully dedicated to the role (no second jobs).

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and bi-weekly sprint execution.
  • Excellent prioritisation and problem-structuring skills.
  • Ability to write clear acceptance criteria using BDD.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers on day-to-day execution.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Technical background (developer or engineering experience).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Cursor, and Lovable.
  • Experience scaling or professionalising product processes in early-stage or lean environments.
