Marketing Lead

We're a VC-backed startup building AI agents for finance teams. We have raised €4M from top-tier global VCs. Our founders previously scaled a SaaS company from 0 €20M ARR. We're still in stealth mode but planning to announce in the next couple of months.

We're looking to hire our first marketing hire to lead our marketing efforts with an emphasis on demand generation, community & events and content. We're looking for a generalist marketing person that is excited about having the opportunity to join early and have real impact. You'll work directly with the CEO / co-founder.

What you'll do:

• Develop and run demand generation campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships).
• Build a strong brand presence in the CFO and finance-ops community through events, content, and social media.
• Help create and edit compelling content: blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, and thought leadership.
• Organize and amplify community & event marketing - from finance breakfasts to guerrilla marketing at CFO conferences.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI marketing, ideally across multiple functions (content, demand gen, events, social, or community).
• Early-stage startup experience is a must
• A bias towards action and a real interest in early-stage startups and AI
• Excellent communication and project management skills
