We are currently seeking a Capability Business Operations Partner to support the delivery of a 612 month capability and development strategy within a growing practice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in capability development, workforce planning, training initiatives, and operational support, working closely with leadership, learning & development teams, and staffing partners to ensure skills and talent align with business demand.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the practices 612 month capability plan, including training, certifications, and strategic development initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and professional bodies to support professional development
- Support the development of capability strategy and onboarding frameworks to ensure successful integration of new joiners
- Analyse skills data and performance metrics to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development plans
- Support budgeting and forecasting related to capability and training initiatives
- Work with staffing partners to align bench talent with project demand and support deployment decisions
- Drive community engagement and internal communications to increase participation in development initiatives and platforms
- Experience in capability development, business operations, workforce planning, or talent strategy
- Strong stakeholder xkybehq management and collaboration skills
- Experience working with skills data, reporting, or performance insights
- Ability to support training programmes, onboarding initiatives, and capability frameworks
- Experience in consulting, technology, or large-scale corporate environments is advantageous
- Mostly remote role with approximately 2 days per month onsite in Telford
- BPSS clearance required
