Clearance: Active SC Clearance required (transferable) Duration: 6 Months (extension possible)
We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to join a large-scale public sector data and digital transformation programme . The role will focus on solution architecture, governance, and supporting delivery across complex enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD)
- Provide architectural governance across data and integration solutions
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure designs
- Support full development lifecycle activities (D4D)
- Contribute to test automation and CI/CD alignment
- Ensure compliance with architectural and security standards

- Experience delivering large-scale data platforms and transformation programmes
Additional Information
- Hybrid working: mostly remote with approx. xkybehq 2 days per month onsite in Telford
- Must hold active SC Clearance (transferable within UK government)
- Prior government or regulated industry experience required
