Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web-based applications.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests into deployment processes.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and software quality.
• Produce test reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, processes, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in test automation using Java, C#, or Python.
• Knowledge of test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
• Experience using defect management tools such as Jira.
