Data Architect

Essential:

• Database performance tuning expertise: indexing, query plan optimisation, integrity checks, and stored procedure behaviour analysis.
• Ensures stable and healthy DB environments through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimisation practices
• Hands-on experience with data migration, particularly to Azure (Azure - AKS, managed services, modernisation strategies)
• Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge including performance tuning, replication, and high availability
• Proven ability to design scalable conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Experience creating and maintaining data governance documentation, standards, and data lineage artefacts
• Applies robust data security measures including access control, encryption, auditing, and compliance best practices
