Ethics Lead (AI)

Essential:

• Significant experience in AI Governance, Risk, Compliance or Ethics roles.
• Experience designing and implementing Responsible AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience conducting AI risk assessments and ethical impact assessments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, controls, regulatory obligations and compliance requirements.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and governance boards.
• Ability to balance innovation with risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Experience producing policies, standards and governance documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Government background will be highly beneficial.
