IAM Service Lead

Location: Inverness (Full Onsite - 5 Days per Week)
Rate: £490 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6 months

We are looking for an experienced IAM Service Lead to support the delivery and governance of Identity & Access Management services within a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will lead service design, transition activities, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring IAM services are delivered effectively and aligned with business and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create IAM Service Design documentation and Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Lead service transition activities, including knowledge transfer and shadowing
• Provide IAM service leadership and governance
• Track and report on KPIs and SLAs
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
• Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Identify and manage risks and issues

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading IAM services within hybrid environments
• Strong expertise across:
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Experience creating service models and governance frameworks

Desirable Experience

• Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Okta
• BeyondTrust

This role requires onsite attendance in Inverness five days per week.
