• Configure, manage, and optimize Kafka topics, partitions, replication, and retention policies.
• Ensure all streaming solutions meet stringent government security, data privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Implement robust integration patterns connecting Legacy systems to modern cloud-native platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, write testable code, and mentor junior developers in streaming best practices.
• Government background is highly preferred.
