Performance Analyst (SC)

Essential Skills:

• Active SC Security Clearance.
• Proven experience as a Performance Analyst, Data Analyst or Service Performance Analyst.
• Strong experience analysing data to support product, service or operational performance.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations.
• Government experience is highly beneficial.
