Performance Tester (SC Cleared)

Essential Skills:

• Government Background
• Active Security Clearance Required
• Strong experience as a Performance Tester in complex digital or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, Back End systems, and distributed architectures.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics (CPU, memory, throughput, latency) and interpret logs and monitoring dashboards.
• Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly.
