Scala Technical Lead

Essential:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Scala applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and development teams.
• Define architecture and technical standards across Back End services and distributed systems.
• Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, coding standards, testing, security, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and DevOps teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable software.
• Champion functional programming principles and modern development methodologies.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
