Pay Rate: £670/day inside IR35

Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant within a leading and award-winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will work across complex, large-scale SuccessFactors implementations for a range of high-profile clients. We are hiring across four specialist areas - Compensation, LMS, Performance, and Employee Central - and are looking for candidates with deep, hands-on expertise and certification in one or more of these modules.
You will have experience leading functional and cross-functional teams on large global projects, managing business process design and transformation, and (for Employee Central specifically) configuring the module and designing related integrations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled teams across a global consulting group and play a pivotal role in designing innovative solutions for clients, with strong opportunities for accelerated career progression and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise and certifications in one or more SuccessFactors module(s); lead high-performing teams working flexibly across on- and offshore delivery models; guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations while staying current on the SuccessFactors roadmap and wider HR tech landscape; ensure quality delivery of technology solutions; contribute to RFP responses and pre-sales activity, including delivering expert demos to prospective clients; and build and strengthen your professional network across the practice, clients, and partners.

Person Profile:
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors across multiple modules, with experience working across multiple HR domains on global projects; excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders; awareness of emerging technology trends and their practical application to evolving business and operating models; familiarity with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone; experience leading pre-sales activities and articulating the value SuccessFactors brings to clients; and a genuine enjoyment of mentoring and knowledge-sharing across the team and wider SAP Practice.
