Review existing user research and identify accessibility gaps in the service and points where the existing service risks not meeting the Service Standard

Identify user touchpoints across channels, focusing on accessibility and assisted digital support

Identify different user journeys from research and highlight gaps affecting people with access needs.

Define user research methods to address these journeys, prioritising accessibility and assisted digital support.

Create a user research plan to address accessibility standards and people with access needs, focusing on online and offline parts of the service

Design research focusing on users with disabilities, (especially, but not limited to, those affected by demanding cognitive loads).

Run user research, following the planned approach.

Research accessibility across touchpoints, digital and non-digital.

Work with, involve, and immerse the team in the research process life cycle so that knowledge of the research is Embedded within the organisation.
