User Researcher - Public Sector Project - 12 Month Contract

Rate: £540 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Clearance: Active SC Required

We're looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a major public sector programme. You'll work closely with design and delivery teams to ensure user needs are at the heart of service development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs
• Plan and execute user testing sessions
• Analyse findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to improve user experience

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience in user research within agile environments
• Familiarity with GDS standards and public sector projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Active SC clearance
