Content Designer - Lead Consultant (SC Eligible)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow, providing a 'flexi working' model (option of remote first + ad hoc client site travel)

They are looking for a Lead Content Designer Consultant to join a rapidly growly team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors.

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Must have proven experience leading UCD/Content Design teams and strategies
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practice
• Experience of designing content for diverse users including accessibility and assisted digital needs
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Regulations (WCAG) would be advantageous but not a must-have requirement
• GDS framework knowledge
• Stakeholder Management experience
• Consultancy and/or UK Government/Civil Service experience is a must-have requirement
