We're seeking senior Cybersecurity professionals to join high-impact advisory and transformation initiatives across sectors including Financial Services, Government, Energy, Retail, and Technology.

This is your opportunity to lead complex projects, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver strategic security solutions across multiple industries.

What success looks like in this role:

• Lead and deliver Cybersecurity transformation programs, assessments, and operating model initiatives.
• Advise on Security Architecture, SOC operations, OT Security, and risk management.
• Influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders, building commitment for strategic solutions.
• Apply your expertise across Cyber frameworks and regulations: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIS2, DORA, FCA standards, and more.
• Drive innovation by understanding the impact of GenAI on Cybersecurity.
• Mentor and guide teams, helping develop the next generation of Cybersecurity talent.

What we're looking for:

• Proven consulting experience and success in matrixed organisations.
• Cybersecurity Resilience experience
• Recognised Cybersecurity qualifications such as CISSP or CISM
• SC clearance (or eligibility)
• Cross-sector experience in core consulting industries.
• Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence at board level.
