We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, focused on delivering talent solutions into the UK public sector market.

This is a true 360 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on business development, relationship management, and end to end delivery. You will have the opportunity to build and scale your own desk across permanent, contract, or Statement of Work hiring solutions, depending on your background and strengths.

We are particularly interested in recruiters who understand how to win and grow business through government procurement routes such as Public Sector Resourcing (PSR), Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS), and other public sector frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business growth for Stealth iT Consulting across government departments, public bodies, consultancies, and systems integrators
• Generate new opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and framework routes to market
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement and account growth
• Deliver permanent, contract, or SoW recruitment solutions based on client demand
• Build talent pools across digital, technology, transformation, data, change, and project delivery skill sets
• Leverage frameworks such as PSR, DOS, CCS and wider procurement channels to identify hiring demand
• Manage candidate attraction, qualification, interview process, offer management, and onboarding
• Build long term strategic relationships with clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline reporting, and activity metrics using best in class recruitment technology

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment with strong business development credentials
• Experience recruiting into UK public sector organisations or suppliers delivering into government
• Knowledge of frameworks such as PSR, DOS, CCS or similar routes to market
• Background in contract, permanent, or SoW recruitment, all considered
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of billing success
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Self motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
