A global consultancy that supports a number of Government and Defence clients are looking to onboard a number of Senior Business Analysts to join their growing higher clearance Business Analysts. The successful candidate will be joining at a critical time for the business as the demand for their services grow.

We are specifically looking for candidates with the below key skills

• Developed vetting cleared (This is essential)
• Lead/Management level Business Analyst
• Strong communication and mentoring/coaching skills.
• Agile and Scrum framework experience
• SDLC experience
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective business analysis frameworks, methodologies, across a portfolio of projects.
• Lead the discovery, analysis and documentation of complex requirements,
• Provide coaching and support to junior analysts, encouraging skill development
• Facilitate in-depth analysis workshops and championing business analysis standards
• Act as a key bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into clear, actionable requirements to support successful delivery
• Influence and shape the ongoing direction of business analysis practices within the organisation.
