Senior Business Analyst - Leading IT Consultancy
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering complex, user-centred digital solutions across a range of client environments. This role combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery in fast-paced programmes.
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Remote with occasional client visits
Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance
What you’ll be doing
- Leading workshops (virtual and in-person) to gather, shape, and align business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
- Using data and insight to inform decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive the right outcomes
- Translating complex problems into clear, actionable requirements
- Collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, and Design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Identifying opportunities to add value, including innovation and emerging technologies such as AI
- Owning Business Analysis delivery across large or complex projects
Leadership & impact
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing decisions at a senior level
- Supporting business development through contributions to bids and proposals
- Mentoring and developing other Business Analysts, helping to grow capability across the team
- Driving best practice and continuous improvement within the BA function
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience delivering in user-centred, digital environments
- Background working alongside technical teams and understanding solution architecture
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and operate in complex, ambiguous environments
- Experience within regulated sectors (e.g. Public Sector, Utilities, Energy, Pharma)
- Ability to balance detailed analysis with strategic thinking
- Passion for innovation and improving business outcomes
BCS Business Analysis certification is desirable.
