Service Designer (Government) - UK/Remote - £500/Day Outside IR35
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer in digital delivery.
- Strong understanding of user‑centred design, systems thinking, and service design methods.
- Experience creating service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes.
- Ability to work with policy, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and the GDS Service Standard.
