Essential Skills:

• SC Cleared.
• Proven experience as a Service Designer in digital delivery.
• Strong understanding of user‐centred design, systems thinking, and service design methods.
• Experience creating service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes.
• Ability to work with policy, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and the GDS Service Standard.
