Polygot/AI Engineer - Junior/Tech Lead (SC Eligible)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, providing fully remote working with ad hoc client site travel (fully expensed).

They are looking for multiple Polygot/AI Full Stack Engineers (Junior-Tech Lead) to join a rapidly growing team, building cutting-edge digital solutions, primarily within Government & Private sectors.

Budgets:

• Senior/Technical Lead - £65k-£85k + £5k car allowance + bonus (6+ years' experience)

• Senior - £55k-£65k + £5k car allowance + bonus (3–5+ years’ experience)

• Mid - £45k–£55k (2-3 years' experience)

• Junior - up to £37.5k (1.5-2 years' experience)

Primary requirements:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Solid understanding of maintainable code, systems design and software architecture
• Experience working across multiple technology stacks
• Strong experience with library‐appropriate, strongly typed languages such as C++, Java, C#, Go or Rust, along with relevant front‐end frameworks
• High adaptability and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Interest in modern technologies such as new languages, AI, cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and distributed teams
