Remote Full Stack Engineer

We are a product-led SaaS company building a platform used to create, manage, and distribute digital content at scale. Our team works with Python, React, and AWS to deliver high performing and highly collaborative tools for global organisations. We are now looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help lead the next stage of development.

This is a hands-on role in a growing startup environment. You will work closely with the founding leadership team, gain exposure across the entire business, and play a meaningful role in shaping product, architecture, and engineering culture.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Remote-first within the UK with occasional team sessions in London

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK

Compensation: Based on experience

Our Technical Stack

Frontend: React with Tailwind

Backend: Python (Django)

Cloud: AWS (Lambda, S3, Cognito, API Gateway, PostgreSQL)

AI: Native AWS services plus custom ML pipelines

DevOps: GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code, containers, CI and CD

What You Will Do

Lead development across both frontend and backend

Own architectural decisions and platform integration using AWS

Maintain code quality standards, reviews, and pipeline maturity

Support deployments, scaling, monitoring, and reliability

Work closely with Product and Design teams

Mentor engineers and contribute to growing the engineering function

Who You Are

Experience operating at senior level within a SaaS or product-led environment

Strong knowledge of AWS services for production workloads

Professional experience building in Python (Django) with PostgreSQL

Confident working with React and Tailwind

Experience building mobile-first or responsive user experiences

Comfortable defining and promoting good engineering practices

Collaborative, delivery focused, and motivated to build high quality products

Helpful experience: media or asset management workflows (not required)
