Partnerships Lead – Cyber Insurance & Incident Response

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a high-growth cybersecurity vendor looking to appoint a Partnerships Lead focused on developing strategic relationships across the cyber insurance and incident response ecosystem.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale partnerships with insurers, brokers, risk advisory firms, and incident response providers across EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing joint go-to-market initiatives, developing partner programs, and driving commercial outcomes through a growing ecosystem of industry partners.

Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical, and customer-facing teams, you will play a key role in expanding market reach and delivering value through strategic alliances

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners across cyber insurance, risk advisory, and incident response markets.
  • Develop joint business plans and partnership strategies to drive mutual growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the cybersecurity and insurance sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partner enablement, training, marketing initiatives, and co-selling activities.
  • Support the creation and execution of industry events, webinars, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
  • Drive pipeline generation and track partner contribution to business objectives.
  • Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to help shape future initiatives and market strategy.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across the region.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience within cybersecurity, incident response, digital forensics, cyber risk, cyber insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong network across cyber insurers, brokers, incident response providers, consultancies, or risk advisory organisations.
  • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of developing opportunities and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Experience delivering partner enablement activities, training programs, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to both cybersecurity and cyber insurance markets.
  • Experience working with alliance, ecosystem, or channel-led business models.
  • Understanding of current cyber risk, resilience, and incident response trends.
