This is a career-defining opportunity to work with some of the most advanced security solutions in the market, while partnering directly with major enterprise clients across the region.

🛠️ The Role

You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery while providing best-practice guidance and hands-on engineering expertise.

💼 Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of the platform into client environments.
  • Design and deliver technical implementation plans tailored to customer infrastructure.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales Engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert during customer onboarding and professional services engagements.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to ensure customer self-sufficiency.
  • Travel to client sites across the UK and occasionally within EMEA (as needed).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in network security, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Network Security, firewalls, NDR, IDS/IPS, or cloud security tools.
  • Comfortable designing and deploying solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • UK-based, with flexibility for travel.
