Field Marketing / Demand Generation Manager
Stellanor Datacenters is growing, and we’re hiring a Field Marketing / Demand Generation Manager to build and deliver targeted marketing activity that drives real commercial outcomes.
This is a new role with genuine ownership and ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution, and wants to build demand in a focused, high-impact way.

The role
This role sits across both field marketing and demand generation, supporting our colocation, connectivity and infrastructure services.
You’ll work closely with Sales, taking a targeted, account-led approach identifying priority sectors and customers, and building campaigns that convert.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and delivering multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, content, webinars, partner activity where relevant)
- Building field marketing programmes that directly support revenue growth
- Working closely with Sales on target account plans, segmentation and follow-up
- Writing high-quality, targeted content across campaigns, nurture and email
- Managing and optimising marketing systems (including HubSpot), improving automation and reporting
- Testing, learning and iterating and comfortable making informed decisions without perfect data
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in demand generation / campaign marketing, ideally within a B2B or infrastructure-led environment
- Confident, hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms
- Excellent writing and messaging skills
- A commercial mindset focused on pipeline and outcomes
- Comfortable working in a growing, evolving business
- Curious and proactive, with an interest in improving how marketing performs
Location & package
- London (Angel) – hybrid (3 days in-office)
- Salary - £70,000–£90,000 + bonus
