UI/UX Lead

Title: UI/UX Lead

Location: London

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office)

Duration: 2–3 year contract with conversion to permanent

Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Lead to own the end-to-end UX vision for a critical enterprise workbench. This role will drive user-centred design through research, strong design systems, and close collaboration with product, BA, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Own the UX vision and design system for a key enterprise workbench
Lead user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing
Design wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive UI solutions
Partner closely with Product Owners, BAs, and Developers
Maintain UX standards, interaction patterns, and governance artefacts
Strong enterprise UX experience with hands-on Figma skills
Work within Agile/Scrum, using ADO for UX delivery tracking
