Senior Channel Account Manager | Build & Scale Channel (IT Infrastructure & Services)
Hybrid | Up to £80k base + uncapped commission
We’re supporting a well-established IT infrastructure and services provider entering a deliberate growth phase, with channel playing a central role in that strategy.
This role has been created to build and scale the UK channel ecosystem. The core focus is on new MSP, reseller and distributor partner acquisition and long-term revenue growth across the UK.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused channel role, suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, building trusted partnerships, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing
- Building the channel by acquiring new MSP, reseller and distributor partners
- Taking partners from first engagement through to revenue-producing onboarding
- Creating long-term, strategic partnerships rather than transactional accounts
- Acting as the commercial link between partners, technical teams and delivery
- Owning pipeline, forecasting and CRM accuracy
What/who are we looking for?
- Strong channel sales experience within IT / technology (services, infrastructure, hardware or managed)
- Enjoy building and growing accounts, not just maintaining them
- Proven track record of owning a £1m+ individual sales target
- Can engage credibly with Director and C-Suite stakeholders
- Thrive in a growth-phase, specialist business
This role is unlikely to suit someone looking for a purely account-management or highly corporate channel environment.
