3rd Line IT Technician Support

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for IT and an interest in solving complex technical challenges? We are currently looking for a Graduate to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering tailored solutions in cloud infrastructure, cyber security, and proactive IT support.    What will you be doing?

• Providing Third Line IT Support for internal and external clients
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and EDR solutions. Visiting client sites to deliver hands-on support and build strong relationships.
• Assisting with infrastructure deployments, migrations, and cyber security implementations.
• Collaborating with senior engineers and contributing to continuous service improvement.

 What We're Looking For? A recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen interest in IT infrastructure and cyber security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—especially in client-facing scenarios. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.  Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday.  More information to be provided during screening process.
