Were working with a well-established Production Company in Manchester that is looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of their internal IT function. With a strong reputation in their industry and continued investment in technology, they are now seeking someone who can combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership to support and develop their IT environment.
Youll be responsible for overseeing the companys core infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations , ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and capable of supporting the wider business. Working closely with senior leadership, youll play a key role in strengthening infrastructure, improving cybersecurity, and supporting IT initiatives across multiple sites.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take real ownership of an IT environment , lead a small team, and drive improvements across infrastructure and operational technology within a stable and well-established organisation.
Required Skills:
- Strong infrastructure experience covering servers, networks, storage, and cybersecurity
- Experience managing IT staff and leading day-to-day IT operations
- Experience supporting multi-site IT environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is a plus! xkybehq
