Operational and Performance Manager

We are currently looking for a Operations and Performance manager to work for our leading life and pensions organisation. You should have proven experience across Capacity Planning, Operational reporting, performance management and insight, MI and operating models

The successful candidate will have proven experience of both Back Office and telephony environments, ideally in a financial services environment .You will also have experience in business case development, and benefits realisation.

An understanding of pension administration processes would be desirable
