The position focuses on developing and implementing solutions across the Bank's core FX electronic trading infrastructure and algorithms—covering pricing, risk management, and execution. - Strong Java skills are key, ideally with eTrading, algo trading, low-latency, or front-office experience.
- Lots of greenfield work: designing models, building new strategies, and contributing to the transformation of their pricing and hedging systems.
- Directly embedded with the business, offering strong influence and visibility.
- Tech stack: Core Java (low-latency), KDB, Python
- Small, collaborative EMEA team (~10 in tech) with a lean, agile, dress-down culture.
Key Requirements:
- Core Java experience - Low Latency
- E-Trading/Algo trading functional and technical knowledge
