PAM Technical Lead (CyberArk)
Our Banking client is seeking a Senior PAM (CyberArk) Lead to take ownership of the design, management, and support of its Privileged Access Management (PAM) estate, across EMEA.
We are partnered with one of the world's leading financial groups, with a global network of over 2,700 locations across more than 50 countries, spanning the Americas, EMEA, Asia, and Oceania.
The Opportunity
Following a major audit and the merger of the securities and banking divisions, our client is undertaking a large-scale PAM integration programme. This programme aims to enhance security controls, address access-related findings, and significantly improve the user experience across the organisation.
CyberArk is used extensively across the environment, making this a critical leadership role within a high-profile security transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management, design, and ongoing support of the PAM (CyberArk) estate
- Drive a large-scale PAM integration programme across business units
- Act as the technical authority for CyberArk-related initiatives
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and audit stakeholders to remediate access risks
- Ensure PAM solutions align with security best practices and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM
- Proven experience leading or owning enterprise PAM environments
- Background working within complex, regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
