Its platform enables financial institutions to automate and streamline reporting processes, ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory requirements while providing actionable business insights.

About the Role:

Due to growth, the business is seeing a delivery focused Project Manager to lead complex, Saas regulatory reporting implementations for the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end projects for large-scale regulatory reporting programmes.
• Confidently manage senior client stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with engineering and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to product strategy.
• Provide structured coaching and leadership to the delivery team.

Required Experience / Skills:

• Experience delivering large-scale or multi-client technology-driven regulatory reporting projects,
• An understanding of the regulatory landscape (Capital/Financial/Liquidity/ESG reporting)
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into structured delivery plans.
• Communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting career progression.
• Strong organisational discipline, resilience under pressure, and attention to detail.
