Marketing Success Partner

UK-based | Full-time

You’ve sat on the brand side of the table.

You’ve launched campaigns, briefed research agencies, debated pack changes, defended budgets, and tried to convince retailers your product deserves more shelf space. You know how hard it can be to make fast, confident decisions when consumer insight is expensive, slow, or arrives too late to actually influence the outcome.

At Stickybeak, we’re changing that.

We’re a New Zealand-born consumer testing platform helping marketers test ideas with real consumers in days, not months - making it easier to validate decisions before committing to big campaigns, pricing changes, innovation launches, or creative directions.

We’ve built strong early traction in the UK and we’re ready to grow. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Marketing Success Partner (our version of the Customer Success Manager), someone who has genuinely lived in the shoes of our customers. An experienced FMCG marketer who understands how brands make decisions and wants to use that experience in a strategic, customer-facing role.

This is a rare opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth. You’ll work alongside our first UK sales hire, with direct support from leadership and our CEO relocating to the UK. You won’t just be joining the UK team - you’ll help shape how it’s built.

What you'll be doing

You’ll become a trusted partner to our customers, helping them get maximum value from Stickybeak and embedding consumer thinking into everyday decision-making.

That means:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with FMCG and marketing customers
  • Guiding customers through onboarding and helping them build effective testing plans
  • Advising on research design, targeting, and best practice
  • Turning data into clear, actionable recommendations and stories
  • Helping customers move faster and make decisions with confidence
  • Spotting opportunities for growth, expansion, and deeper platform adoption

You’ll also play an important role internally, bringing the voice of the UK customer back into the business.

You’ll help us:

  • Adapt our customer journey for UK marketers
  • Shape messaging and positioning with a local lens
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Influence how Stickybeak evolves as we scale internationally

And because we’re a startup, we’re always looking for smarter ways to work. We’re especially excited by people who are AI curious - whether that’s using tools to identify patterns, improve customer communications, or deliver insight more efficiently at scale.

Who we're looking for

This role is ideal for someone ready for a new challenge beyond traditional FMCG marketing. Someone who loves insight, relationships, and strategic thinking, but wants broader impact and faster pace.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in FMCG marketing, ideally at Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager level
  • Hands-on experience working with consumer research and insight
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills - you can simplify complexity and make data meaningful
  • Confidence building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and evolving environments
  • Curiosity about AI and new ways of working smarter

CRM or customer platform experience is a bonus, but not essential, we’ll teach you the tools.

Most importantly, you’ll align with how we work at Stickybeak:

  • Curious — always learning, asking questions, and seeking better answers
  • Conversational — building relationships through openness and collaboration
  • Focused — outcome-oriented, practical, and proactive

Why Stickybeak?

Because this isn’t just another customer success role.

You’ll get to use your FMCG experience in a completely different way - helping marketers make smarter decisions every day because you genuinely understand the pressures they’re under.

You’ll join early enough to shape how things are done, influence strategy, and help build the UK market from the ground up.

And if you’ve ever been curious about moving into SaaS, martech, or startups, this is a rare opportunity to make that transition while building on the strengths you already have.
