Role Overview

Stilo is seeking an experienced Embedded Project Manager – Security Technology to lead and coordinate security technology programmes across the EMEA region.

This role will be embedded within a global client environment, working in close partnership with the Head of Security Technology to deliver strategic security infrastructure initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee regional project execution, construction integration, and the development and implementation of security technology standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical understanding and strong project governance capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security technology projects across EMEA.
• Oversee construction-phase integration of security systems within new builds and refurbishment programmes.
• Develop, refine and implement regional security technology standards aligned to global frameworks.
• Act as the primary EMEA liaison with the US-based Head of Security Technology.
• Coordinate vendors, integrators, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Manage programme timelines, budgets, risk registers and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, standards and best practice.
• Provide technical oversight across system design, installation and commissioning.
• Drive consistency, scalability and quality across multi-site deployments.

Technical Scope

The role will oversee projects involving:

• Video Management Systems (VMS)
• Access Control Systems (ACS)
• Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
• Integrated security platforms
• CCTV architecture and infrastructure
• Security network integration
• Physical security hardware and field devices

Required Experience & Skills

• Demonstrable experience delivering security technology projects within enterprise or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of VMS, ACS and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience managing security system integration within live construction environments.
• Proven project management capability (Prince2, PMP or equivalent preferred).
• Ability to build and formalise security technology standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and executive levels.
• Experience working across multiple countries within EMEA.
• Comfortable collaborating with US-based leadership and global teams.
• Excellent vendor and contractor management capability.
