The business has a strong staff retention rate, with people who join often staying for many years.The RoleAs an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for keeping a range of automated manufacturing machinery running efficiently and safely. The role will involve a mixture of planned maintenance, reactive fault finding and continuous improvement.Your responsibilities will include:Attending to electrical and mechanical breakdowns across the siteFault finding on automated machinery and production equipmentRobot fault finding and programmingPLC fault finding, diagnostics and programmingCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Identifying recurring faults and helping to improve machine reliabilityWorking with automated systems, sensors, drives, motors and control equipmentSupporting installation, modification and improvement projects where requiredWorking closely with the wider engineering and production teamsMaintaining a safe and organised working environmentAbout YouWe’re looking for an electrically biased maintenance engineer who is confident working in a highly automated manufacturing environment.You’ll ideally have experience with:Electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environmentPLC fault finding and programmingRobotics – fault finding and programmingAutomated machinery and control systemsPlanned and reactive maintenanceReading and interpreting electrical drawingsDiagnosing faults efficiently and methodicallyIf this could be of interest get in touch with Josh Sharkey from Stirling Warrington for this role or any other role in the Nottinghamshire area.INDSW
