We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS business to find an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of day-to-day product delivery across a complex, evolving platform.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to execution. You’ll work alongside engineering, design and commercial stakeholders, owning backlog priorities and delivery decisions while supporting the wider product strategy.

You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, translating business and customer needs into clear delivery outcomes, keeping momentum high during a period of significant growth, and helping shape how product delivery works as the organisation scales.
🧠 What you’ll own
Day-to-day product delivery, owning outcomes across key areas of the platform
Product backlog ownership, ensuring priorities align to strategy, value and delivery constraints
Translation of needs into delivery, writing clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Engineering alignment, acting as the main point of contact on scope, priorities and requirements
Delivery trade-offs, balancing scope, quality, time and risk in a fast-moving environment
Release readiness, including ticket review, testing and coordination of releases
Stakeholder management, gathering requirements, providing clarity and managing expectationsVisibility and outcomes, making progress, risks and impact clear to the wider business
Roadmap contribution, supporting the evolution of the product roadmap and longer-term vision
Product documentation, keeping artefacts clear, current and useful
👀 What we’re looking for
5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a senior product delivery role
Proven ownership of a product backlog in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Strong experience working with agile delivery teams (Scrum or similar)
Hands-on experience with Jira and common documentation tools
Confident breaking down complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements
Comfortable working in scale-ups or fast-growth environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, including with senior audiences
