Partnerships Lead (UK)

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and winning commercial partnerships.

This role focuses on creating and activating a pipeline of UK merchants (consumer and business) through online outreach and in-person events, helping grow adoption of Stoa's two products: Stoa Pots and Saving Score.

The role also contributes directly to driving customer adoption and deposit inflows through merchant partnerships and live activations.

About Stoa

  • Consultative and commercially minded
  • Naturally relationship-driven and trustworthy

Relevant background

  • Experience building partnerships, business development, or commercial relationships from scratch
  • Comfortable running outreach, meetings, and closing without a big brand behind you
  • Startup, fintech, SaaS, marketplace, or merchant-led experience is a plus
  • Experience activating partnerships through events is a strong bonus
  • Suits someone early to mid-career who wants meaningful ownership and responsibility

Location

  • Hybrid role with regular in-person meetings and events in London
  • London-based candidates preferred, but not required

Compensation & structure

  • Initial trial period to ensure mutual fit
  • Competitive base salary once full-time

  • Full product onboarding
  • Work email and systems access
  • LinkedIn Premium
  • Event and travel budget

As the company grows, this role has the opportunity to expand into international partnerships, including the US.
