Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Bury, Manchester (5 Days/Week)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Commission
About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a scaling technology business delivering high-value, solution-led offerings into organisations with complex technical and operational needs.
They are building a commercial team capable of running consultative sales processes and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will own deals from initial conversation through to close.
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, running consultative sales processes, and positioning tailored solutions based on real business challenges.
This is not a transactional environment - success comes from understanding problems, articulating value, and navigating more complex sales cycles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business through outbound activity and self-sourced pipeline
- Running full sales cycles from discovery through to close
- Leading consultative, solution-led conversations
- Delivering tailored proposals aligned to customer needs
- Navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Collaborating with internal teams to shape solutions
- Building long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (ideally within tech or complex sales environments)
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles
- Ability to sell non-standard or solution-led offerings
- Strong commercial mindset (value, ROI, problem-solving)
- Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-sufficient, driven, and accountable
