Enterprise Account Executive (New Business) – SaaS

We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS business that provides an operational platform used by organisations managing complex, distributed workforces.

The business is entering a key growth phase and is now building out its enterprise sales capability.

The Role

This is a new business, quota-carrying role focused on:

  • Targeting large, complex organisations
  • Owning full-cycle sales (prospecting through to close)
  • Building pipeline from scratch
  • Navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Driving “land and expand” within strategic accounts

This is a high-impact role, with direct influence on revenue growth and go-to-market strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience closing enterprise SaaS deals
  • Strong new business / hunter mindset
  • Experience managing:
  • Long sales cycles
  • Multi-threaded deals
  • Procurement / RFP processes
  • Comfortable building pipeline (not reliant on inbound)

Environment

  • Scaling SaaS business (not corporate)
  • Limited structure - requires ownership and initiative
  • High-growth, performance-driven culture

Package

  • ~£80k base
  • ~£160k+ OTE (uncapped)
  • Strong earning potential for high performers
