Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
We're supporting a high-growth health-tech company that builds AI tools used daily by clinicians in major hospitals. They're hiring their first dedicated Lead QA Engineer - someone who can own quality across the platform and ensure every release is safe and reliable.
What you'll do:
- Lead manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and APIs.
- Build automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD.
- Work closely with engineering to identify and solve issues early.
- Improve QA strategy, processes, and coverage.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of QA experience across manual + automated testing.
- Strong skills with frameworks like Cypress/Playwright/Selenium.
- Experience testing APIs and web applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of quality.
- Bonus: clinical/health-tech background.
