We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business currently scaling its commercial function.
The business is investing into building a repeatable, high-performing sales engine across mid-market and enterprise segments, with a focus on driving new business growth and expanding market reach.
The Opportunity
This is a new business mid-market AE role, focused on:
- Winning new logos across growing organisations
- Building pipeline through outbound activity
- Running full-cycle sales in a higher-volume environment
You’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling the mid-market sales motion alongside the wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning a new business quota (~£400k–£600k ARR)
- Generating pipeline through outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Running:
- Discovery
- Product demos
- Commercial negotiations
- Managing deals across multiple stakeholders
- Closing mid-market SaaS deals (£10k–£75k+ ARR typically)
- Maintaining strong pipeline coverage (3–5x)
- Working closely with pre-sales where required
What “Good” Looks Like
Must-Have:
- Proven new business SaaS sales experience
- Experience owning full sales cycle
- Comfortable generating pipeline (not inbound-reliant)
- Consistent quota attainment
Ideal Background:
- Experience selling into operational, workflow, or process-driven environments
- OR experience in ERP / workflow / compliance / business software
- Background in mid-market sales environments
- Key Traits Hunter mentality
- High activity and strong organisation
- Commercially aware (value-led selling)
- Coachable and adaptable
- Comfortable operating in a scaling, less structured environment
Not a Fit
- Account managers / customer success profiles
- Inbound-only closers
- Candidates without clear deal ownership
- Enterprise-only sellers unwilling to operate at pace

Compensation
- Base: ~£50k–£70k
- OTE: £100k–£130k+ (uncapped)
