Senior Software Engineer

We're partnering with a fast-scaling health-tech company building AI tools used daily by clinicians across the UK, Ireland and the US. They're hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale the systems that power their AI knowledge platform.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain cloud-first backend infrastructure.
• Develop AI and RAG-powered workflows.
• Implement secure, scalable document ingestion systems.
• Contribute to DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, and system design.
• Partner with product and engineering teams on high-impact features.

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years backend experience, ideally with AWS and serverless.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js or Python experience.
• Knowledge of semantic search / embeddings preferred.
• Experience in a startup or fast-moving engineering environment.
• Bonus: regulated industries or clinical/health-tech background.
