Trainee Public Health Data Analyst Apprenticeship
The team work across a range of areas linked to statutory and non-statutory duties which protect and improve the health, wellbeing and safety of our residents. We utilise data and evidence to help guide decisions on investment and targeting of particular programmes of work.
Role
- Lead or support data analysis, surveys and reports presenting complex finings to diverse audiences
- Support delivery of statutory public health intelligence, including JSNA, Annual Public Health Report and outbreak response
- Coordination of Joint Strategic Needs Assessment on behalf of Health and Wellbeing Board
- Leading on annual city wide wellbeing survey and other lifestyle surveys
- Deep-dive analysis on priority areas for the local authority and partners, such as child development, domestic abuse
- Development of reporting dashboards to support service monitoring such as Environmental Health and Trading Standards, delivery of NHS Health Checks
