As a Senior Research Executive , you’ll play a key role in supporting consultants across a range of research projects, from questionnaire design to data analysis and insight generation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a grounding in research who’s looking to step up into a more client facing and consultative role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consultants in designing questionnaires, discussion guides, and research deliverables.
• Manage fieldwork logistics, liaising with partners and ensuring smooth data collection.
• Analyse data, uncover insights, and contribute to engaging client reports and presentations.
• Handle project admin tasks including scheduling, proofreading, and quality checking outputs.
• Contribute to improving research tools, processes, and methodologies across the team.
• Share best practices and mentor junior team members to support professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with quantitative research methods (qualitative experience desirable).
• A relevant bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Confident storytelling and data interpretation skills
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for insight-driven problem-solving
